Return Policy:

Please contact us if there is any problem with your order. If we've made a mistake we will make it right! All orders must have a RMA (return authorization number) or it will not be processed at the factory.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 15 days of your purchase. The item must be resalable in order for the refund to apply. If the item is defective we will gladly exchange it with another of the same item or refund your purchase plus original shipping costs.

Evaporative cooling clothing will not be accepted for return after it is has been hydrated except in the case of manufacturing defects.
